Project Background: The river sections within the jurisdiction feature strong rapids and high risks in water rescue operations. There is an urgent need to reduce the risk of casualties among rescue personnel and improve the speed of initial response arrival.
Implementation Plan: Deploy remote-controlled water rescue robots and swiftwater rescue life jackets at the squad level, equipped with supporting charging and control modules. Organize hands-on water training sessions upon delivery.
Delivery Outcomes: Following the fielding of the equipment, multiple initial response arrival and towing drills have been completed, significantly enhancing the safety of rescue operations in hazardous water zones.
