Project Background: The river channels in the jurisdiction are wide, and water currents are swift during flood season. Traditional manual crossing poses high risks, making it necessary to establish reliable long-distance delivery and crossing capabilities before the flood season.
Implementation Plan: Deploy rescue line throwers, rescue ropes (≥230m), and target bags at task points, equipped with swiftwater rescue life jackets, along with operational training and live-fire drills.
Delivered Results: All equipment arrived before the flood season, passed acceptance inspection on the first attempt, and successfully completed multiple crossing system setups and preliminary rescue drills.
