Project Background: The basin management station is responsible for patrol and protection of key river sections and requires lightweight, reliable water rescue equipment for initial response to drowning incidents and rescue operations in swift-water environments.
Implementation Plan: Equip personnel based on patrol headcount with swift-water rescue life jackets, wetsuit-style water rescue suits, and carbon fiber rescue reach poles, accompanied by rescue ropes, and organize hands-on practical training.
Delivery Results: Equipment has been issued to the station, enabling multiple successful initial responses and shore-based reach rescue operations, significantly improving water rescue response time.
