Project Background: The jurisdiction has numerous rivers and lakes, with rapidly rising water levels during flood seasons. The original equipment was primarily manpower-based and lacked standardized boats and personal protection, making it difficult to quickly evacuate trapped residents and conduct surface water patrols.
Implementation Plan: A configuration list was developed based on team establishment, with complete sets of assault boats and rubber rafts supplied together with outboard motors, swiftwater rescue life jackets, and floating fire pumps, followed by on-site acceptance inspection and hands-on operational training.
Delivery Results: All equipment was delivered before the flood season, passed acceptance inspection on the first attempt, and the team has established flood prevention and rescue capabilities encompassing "boat transport + personal protection + surface water supply."
